In 1980, Mark Industries was established as proprietorship business with a view to manufacture quality metal parts for industrial machinery as import substitute accessories, with the growing demand of its quality products in the market and considering more items to add in its future products lines, MARK has transformed the set-up as a private limited Company under the name and style “MARK INDUSTRIES (PVT.) LTD.” in early 1982. Gradually, the Company has turned to a research-based , machine manufacturing company. Today MARK has become a successful manufacturer of wide range of machinery and equipment of diverse nature for Pharmaceutical , Agricultural, Chemical, Cosmetic, Toiletries, Food processing and allied industries in Bangladesh. The company is now housed in its own premises measuring 5,600 sq. mtr. in a lucrative Industrial zone at Savar.
